THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: White and blue ration card holders will get 10 kilogram of special rice at Rs 15 per kilogram this month. White and blue cards will also be issued two kilograms of wheat at Rs 8.70 per kilogram from shops with stocks.

Meantime, despite announcement, many have not yet received the special rice. Normally, white card holders are given eight kilogram rice at Rs 10.90. The ration distribution for the month of May will begin on Monday. The card holders of Palakkad, who have not yet received the ration for the month of April, will be given the remaining ration this month.
