PATHANAMTHITTA: A 62-year-old woman was stabbed to death by her neighbour. She has been identified as Vijayamma of Kunnamthanam in Thiruvalla. The police have taken her neighbour Pradeep into custody. He stabbed her using a beer bottle.

Though the woman seriously injured was taken to the hospital, her life could not be saved. Police said Pradeep, an accused in many cases is addicted to liquor and drugs.
