KOCHI: The Crime Branch is with a new move in the conspiracy case to kill the investigating officers in the case of attacking the actress. Hacker Sai Sankar will be made an approver. The crime branch has filed a plea mentioning this at the Aluva Magistrate’s Court.

The court has issued a notice to Sai Sankar to appear tomorrow at 3 pm after considering crime branch’s plea. Sai Sankar, a native of Kozhikode, is the seventh accused in the conspiracy case against Dileep. Sai Sankar was arraigned in the case on the findings that he had deleted some vital information from two iPhones on the instructions of actor Dileep.

Sai deleted some chats in the presence of Dileep from the phones of a native of Malappuram having a super market in Dubai, a native of Thrissur and a social worker in Dubai, Kavya Madhavan, Dileep’s brother-in-law Suraj, a noted actress of Malayalam films and some Malayalee industrialists in Dubai. Reports said Sai retrieved eight chats from Dileep’s phone which is in the hands of the investigating team. He had also unmasked a masked photo.
