KOCHI: Actor Dharmajan Bolgaty has come up with an explanation regarding a complaint alleging that he had embezzled Rs 43 lakh from an NRI by offering a franchise of Dharmoos Fish Hub. Dharmajan said that he had not cheated anyone and that the complaint against him was false.

"I haven't cheated anyone. The complainant should be ready to produce proper evidence which proves that I had obtained money or check from at least one person. I don't have to give even five rupees to anyone," Dharmajan said.

"Dharmoos Fish Hub was started as an initiative to provide employment to a large number of people. I'm only the 11th partner at the Fish Hub. Then how can I be named the first accused in the case," Dharmajan added.
