THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan said that the SilverLine project will be implemented with the support of the people. He said that the propaganda against the project will be exposed to the public.
"The Left Front won the local body elections even in the areas where the anti-Silver Line protesters had declared a continuous struggle. The new order relating to the SilverLine Social Impact Study is for clarity. The stone will be laid where it should be. Whatever the plan, some people will spread slander. Here the opposition has taken over its wholesale. The economic condition of the country is bad. But, development activities cannot be avoided. The economic sector is being strengthened through development activities", the CM said.
Pinarayi Vijayan said that the projects announced by the Left Front before the elections will be implemented. "Will not back down from the announced plans. The people support the infrastructure development. The Opposition is in self-destruction mode. Their campaign suits them. Hopefully, the Left Front completes '100' in Thrikkakara", he said.
