THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Education Minister V Sivakutty has lashed out at P C George over his controversial remarks against the chief minister. Politburo member and Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan does not need George’s certificate, Sivankutty said. If George spits communal poison, then he will have to spend another term in jail, warned Sivankutty. That is the country’s legal system, he added.

P C George’s cry is that of a buffalo in slaughterhouse. George is now with a party that had once portrayed his initials badly. The Sangh Parivar’s moves are aimed at creating communal divide. George is made a pawn in it. He is trying to sell himself and live, minister added.

In his political career, PC George has repeatedly tried to establish close ties with communal organizations. Realizing this, the people of Kerala defeated George and kept him at home. Neither George nor the movements that he now represents can destroy the peaceful atmosphere in Kerala. Let time tell whose countdown has begun, said Sivankutty.
