KOCHI: The survivor has told the High court that she has been suffering for five years after the attack and that her life would be affected if the visuals taken by the attackers was leaked. As per news reports, the visuals are in several phones. An honest inquiry is needed. The actress, through her lawyer, demanded that the memory card to be checked to see if the evidence had been destroyed and that no further investigation report to be filed until the result came out.

The explanation was given in a petition filed by the government seeking three more months to complete further investigation into the case. Dileep's lawyer demanded not to extend the trial. After the hearing, Justice Edappagath adjourned the judgement to other day.

Survivor's attorney asked the bench to withdraw from hearing the case as soon as the petition was considered yesterday morning, as they allege that the visuals were leaked when Justice Kaur was the Principal judge. But it was not accepted.
