Advocate Jayasankar responds to Swapna Suresh's allegations against Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan. In a Facebook post, he said that the allegations leveled against the CM's family is much worse than the allegations raised against former Chief Minister Oommen Chandy's family and office.

'This is an attempt to undermine the will of the government. There is no truth in the allegation. Once again lies are being spread in front of the people,' the CM responded against Swapna's allegations. According to Swapna Suresh, the Chief Minister smuggled a bag full of currency in 2016 and Principal Secretary M Shivashankar contacted her the then Consul Secretary for the first time on this incident.

Swapna also alleged that Biryani dishes were sent to Cliff House from the Consul General's house as per the instructions of Sivasankar. It contained not only biryani but also metal objects. Apart from the CM and M Shivashankar, Swapna alleged that the CM's wife Kamala, daughter Veena, former ministers KT Jaleel and Nalini Neto were also involved in the incident.
