KOTTAYAM: Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan has indirectly responded to the allegations levelled against him. The Chief Minister was speaking after inaugurating the KGOA conference.

"People who are behind the those who are blabbering things will be found. Don't try to intimidate us. We will not surrender before any force that opposes the interests of the state. Their tricks will not work against us. The people of Kerala have full confidence in us. When you take a very ridiculous stand, people are able to recognize it. The media should examine their own mistakes. The people support the government," the CM said.

Meanwhile, the increase in the security of the Chief Minister following the allegations levelled by Swapna Suresh has turned out to be a headache for the people. Strict restrictions were imposed in Kottayam with the arrival of Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan to attend the Kerala Gazetted Officers Association (KGOA) conference.
