THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Youth Congress activist Fardeen Majeed said that LDF convener EP Jayarajan manhandled him and district secretary Naveen Kumar when they protested against the Chief Minister on a flight. Fardeen said that the security personnel of the Chief Minister also manhandled them.

Fardeen and Naveen Kumar also denied Jayarajan's allegation that they were drunk. Fardeen said he had never been drunk in his life.

Meanwhile, the arrested Youth Congress activists were subjected to a medical examination. A case has been registered against them on non-bailable charges.

At the same time, EP Jayarajan said that the protesters aimed to attack the Chief Minister. He alleged that high-ranking Congress leaders were behind the incident.
