THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: DYFI State Vice President M Vijin MLA has responded in the photoshop controversy related to a poster of DYFI training camp. He said that the it was a mistake on the designer's part and has selected a wrong picture. A youth organisation which has dedicated itself for the country for decades is being insulted due to this, wrote Vijin on Facebook.
DYFI does not have the culture of copying HD pictures of the activities and surfacing them on social media. Vijin also stated that DYFI has left thousands of symbols of goodness in the heart of Malayees and it can be erased from history no matter how hard anyone tries.
The youth brigade training camp held at Kolikadavu on July 3 was inaugurated by M Vijin MLA. A wrong picture was used in the poster related to this camp. Vijin's reply came following this controversy. In was alleged that the images used in the poster of the youth brigade carrying out flood relief work actually was the image of another organisation. In the poster it was written as 'DYFI Youth Brigade'.
