BATHERY: Three people were killed when a car lost control and hit a tree at Variyad, Muttil. The dead have been identified as Anandhu, a native of Pulppally, Yadhu and Midhun, natives of Palakkad. The accident took place on Saturday morning.

There were five people inside the car. Of which, three were killed. The mortal remains are kept at a private hospital and General Hospital in Kalpetta.
