KOCHI: Former Jail DGP R Sreelekha responded on the controversies that arose after her revelation that evidence was fabricated against Dileep in the actress attack case.

‘There is nothing more to talk about. Everything that has to be said has been asserted in the video. I expected these controversies. I chose this matter as the trial proceedings were over. The defendant’s side cannot make me a witness. People who don't know law say such things,’ she said.

Meantime, the prosecution is preparing a contempt of court action against her. The action will be based on the fact that the accused in the case being investigated is innocent. A statement from Sreelekha is also under consideration.

Sreelekha came forward with allegations against the police through her YouTube channel. She said the picture of Dileep with Pulsar Suni is fake and that it would increase the credibility of the police if they say that they made a mistake in arresting the actor. After Sreelekha's disclosure stoked a major controversy, many from different corners of the society have turned against her. There is also a demand to take legal action against her.
