KOCHI: Director Balachandra Kumar came forward against former jail DGP Sreelekha's allegations that fake evidence was fabricated against Dileep in the actress attack case. Sreelekha is trying to save Dileep and is making a script for it, he said. The director also challenged her to release any evidence to validate what she said.

‘She wrote a script to save her favourite actor. Decided to say this step by step. She may have planned before her retirement. There were limitations to say before retirement.

She waited for her retirement. After retirement, she mentioned about the problems of the accused and about giving a bedsheet. This is the second phase of her script. Only days are left to submit the report of further probe. Before that, she thought to pour oil to flames.

I have only one question to ask this madam, if you are such an innocent officer, tell this accused to hand over the two phones hidden to the police. Why did she not file a written complaint when in service. An attempt is being made to change the image of the accused by distorting it,’ Kumar told a private channel.
