KOLLAM: The forest department is planning to take strict action against the YouTuber in the case of video graphing illegally in the Mampazhathara reserve forest. Amala Anu, a native of Kilimanoor, encroached into the forest.

The investigating officers have decided to arrest the woman with the help of the cyber cell. The action is taken after she failed to appear despite being directed to appear for questioning. The investigating officers submitted a detailed report at the Punalur Forest Court regarding the incident.

A case has been registered against Amala for using a helicam in the reserve forest and for scaring the wild elephant. The video was shot eight months ago. The forest department registered the case after these visuals went viral on social media.
