VADODARA: Seven people died after heavy rain led to a flood-like situation in various parts of Gujarat. 27,896 people affected by the flood have been evacuated. State Disaster Management Minister Rajendra Trivedi said that around 18,225 people are staying in temporary shelters. Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel visited the disaster-hit area of ​​Bodeli in Chhota Udepur district.

The heavy rain that started on Monday is wreaking havoc in the Kutch, Rajkot and Saurashtra regions of Gujarat.
