KOCHI: The trial court has directed to find those who saw the footage on the memory card, in possession of the court, in connection with the actress attack case. The court asked who owned the Vivo phone with a Jio SIM and added if there was any intention to complete further investigation. The probe team had submitted the investigation progress report before the trial court. The court directed to find those who saw the visuals while considering the report.

“Only the prosecution and the concerned officials were responsible for keeping the memory card. I have no special interest to watch the visuals in the memory card. Even when the investigating officers asked to watch it, a big no was my response. No one should be held under suspicion for having seen the footage”, said the judge.

Meantime, the court has adjourned the hearing of the case to Tuesday. The court will consider the prosecution's request for extension of time for investigation, on Monday.

The examination confirmed that the hash value on the memory card, in the possession of the court, has changed three times. According to the findings, the hash value was changed while the card was in possession of the Angamaly Magistrate Court, the District Court and the trial court.
