THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Education Minister V Sivankutty tripped and fell inside the Legislative Assembly. While coming out of the Assembly, he stumbled on the stairs. The incident happened at 3.45 pm. Although he fell on the ground, the minister did not sustain any other injuries.
