NEW DELHI:The National Commission for Women has taken suo moto case in the incident in which girl students who came to attend NEET exams were forced to remove their undergarments. The commission has sent a notice to the National Testing Agency and the Kerala Police. It has also been suggested to conduct the investigation in the incident and inform the commission about the steps taken. The State Human Rights Commission had also registered a case in the incident.

Five female employees have been arrested by the police in connection with the case. Three people from the investigation agency and two college employees were taken into custody.
