MANGALURU: A recent report claimed that BJP Yuva Morcha leader Praveen Kumar Nettaru was murdered by the assailants for condemning the murder of Kanhaiya Lal, the tailor who was murdered in Udaipur. On June 29, Praveen posted on Twitter, referring to Kanhaiya Lal, who was killed in Udaipur, as a 'poor tailor'. Praveen, who posted about the threats against the Prime Minister by Kanhaiya Lal's killers, also lashed out at the ruling Congress government in Rajasthan. The police will check whether this has any connection with the murder.

Kanhaiya Lal, a tailor, was murdered in Udaipur for supporting former BJP spokesperson Nupur Sharma. The murder was recorded on phone and circulated on social media.

Meanwhile, a prohibitory order has been announced in the Puttur area where Praveen was killed.
