NEW DELHI: The Election Commission has informed that those completing seventeen years of age can apply for getting enrolled in the voter's list in advance.

At present, only those who have completed the age of eighteen can add their name to the voter list. But with the new order, even those who have turned seventeen can enroll in advance. The commission has directed the election officials of the states to provide necessary technical equipment for this.
