KOCHI: Dr Joseph Scaria, who is second in the rank list, has approached the High Court regarding the appointment controversy in Kannur University. Dr Joseph Scaria has filed a petition in the High Court demanding that Priya Varghese, wife of the Chief Minister's Private Secretary KK Ragesh, be removed from the Associate Professor appointment list. The demand in the petition is that Priya Varghese is being appointed illegally and that she should be removed from the list of Associate Professor appointments.
