KOLLAM: A police officer of the Kilikollur police station in Kollam was injured after a two-member gang reached the police station and attacked him. The assailants smashed the head of the ASI in the station.

The attack was carried out by a soldier on medical leave and his brother. Both are currently in police custody. The injured police officer is undergoing treatment at Kollam District Hospital.
