THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Stones were pelted at the house of CPM Thiruvananthapuram District Secretary Anavoor Nagappan. The incident happened last night. The window panes of the house were broken in the attack. Anavoor was not at home at the time of the incident.

Meantime, the flags of CPM were destroyed at Vattiyoorkavu in the capital city. The flags erected at Melathumela Junction were destroyed. There was an attack at the CPM district committee office yesterday morning. It is believed that the attack was following it.

A six-member group on three bikes pelted stones at the office. Anavoor Nagappan's car was damaged in the stone pelting. Three ABVP workers were taken into police custody over the incident. They are being interrogated.
