AMARAVATI: A son killed 45-year-old man for grabbing his mother. The incident took place in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. The deceased has been identified as Srinu. 23-year-old Prasad and his mother Gowri were arrested by the police.

On Sunday morning, Srinu who was drunk caught hold of Gowri's hand and dragged her while she was returning from work at a nearby house. Following this, an argument ensued between the two and the locals intervened. They pacified Gowri and sent her home.

Gowri reached home and informed this to her son. Prasad then left the house and killed Srinu by hitting his head with a brick. The police said that the accused attacked Srinu in a brutal manner and informed that there was no rivalry between the two in the past.
