KOLKATA: There should be a CPM-BJP alliance against the Trinamool Congress in West Bengal, said party leader and MP Saumitra Khan. In an address at a public meeting in Bankura, he said that the CPM should strengthen the hands of the BJP for defeating the Trinamool Congress in the coming panchayat elections.

TMC general secretary Abhishek Banerjee is trying to sabotage electronic voting machines in the panchayat polls. He has links with the Jamtara gang, said Khan. All the illegal dealings undertaken by the Trinamool Congress will be revealed, he added.
