THODUPUZHA: Cheruvattoor School PTA has promised help to Akshaya Shaji, a resident of Nellikuzhi in Kothamangalam, arrested with deadly drugs MDMA. Akshaya did her plus two in this school and got good marks in the exam in 2018.

She graduated from a college in Kothamangalam with 80% marks. Then she joined a private institution in Ernakulam for further studies. In the meantime, she fell in love with Yunus, whom she met through social media, and this relationship interrupted her studies.

PTA is helping Akshaya so that such a situation should not happen to another girl. The decision of PTA is to help the girl to pursue higher studies.

The police nabbed Yunus and Akshaya from a lodge room. 6.6 grams of MDMA was seized from their possession. The drugs were seized in a raid following a tip-off.
