With the setting up of the state-of-the-art Prime Ministers’ Museum, visitors will now be able to get themselves clicked with their favourite PMs since independence and learn about the country’s struggle through them. Launched as a part of the “Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav” campaign commemorating the 75 years of independence, the museum takes one through the entire journey of the freedom struggle through the speeches of the prime ministers who have steered the country during the difficult time besides their achievements.
The Pradhanmantri Sangrahalaya, which has been built with an aim to show the work and development of the Constitution of India and all the Prime Ministers, has seen 80,000 visitors in past four months.Let us know what all factors of this unique museum enticed visitors and will continue to be this special!
Using modern technology, this museum is a place where all – youth, children, parents and elderly people – can gather information about India before Independence till now. Different galleries of 15 Prime Ministers have been set up in this museum. Along with this, there are a total of 43 galleries in the museum with cutting-edge technology, light and sound shows, holograms, virtual reality, multi-touch, multimedia, interactive boxes, computerised screens, and smartphone applications.
