KOLLAM: Human trafficking in Kollam again. Eleven people who tried to enter Australia by boat were arrested. Those arrested were Sri Lankan nationals. They were nabbed from a lodge in Kollam.

Nine of those arrested are from a Sri Lankan refugee camp in Tamil Nadu. All eleven are being interrogated by Kollam East Police and Q Branch in Tamil Nadu. There are reports that more people have reached Kollam.
