THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: There are reports that the attacker of AKG Centre has been identified. As per indications, the person has gone abroad. It is reported that the investigation is being conducted focusing on Youth Congress workers.

It is indicated that there is mystery in the statements of some of the suspects. The Crime Branch said that more evidence is yet to be obtained. The investigators have examined hundreds of phone calls.

On June 30, around 11.35 pm, a person hurled an explosive device at the wall in front of the entrance of the AKG Centre. Hearing the loud noise, the policemen at the main gate came running, but the assailant escaped on a bike.
