THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Six people, including four children, were bitten by stray dogs ​​in the state. The incidents happened in Kozhikode and Palakkad. A stray dog attacked three people, including two children, in Arakkinar, Kozhikode. Nooras (12), Vaiga (12) and Sajuddin (44) were the victims. Sajuddin got bitten while trying to save the children from stray dogs. The injured were admitted to Kozhikode Beach Hospital.

Jayasurya, a Class 6 student of Vilangad, Kozhikode, was also bitten by a dog. A senior media person and BJP National Council member A Damodaran, residing in Kannur Journalist colony was attacked by a stray dog. He sought treatment at the district hospital. Three-and-a-half-year-old Akash of Attapadi was bitten on the face by a dog. The child was admitted to Kottathara Tribal Specialty Hospital.
