NEW DELHI: A show-cause notice will be issued to Rajasthan Minister Shanti Dhariwal for holding a parallel meeting. Dhariwal is a confidant of Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot. He had also alleged that the high command leaders had conspired against Gehlot.
