KABUL: There was a suicide bomb attack at a school in Kabul, the Afghan capital. The blast happened at a school in Dasht-e-Barchi of Kabul. Reports said 19 people were killed and many injured in the attack. The incident happened Friday morning at 7.30 am.
The attack happened when the students were preparing for university exams. No organization has claimed responsibility for the blast. Most of the people living in the area belong to the Hazara minority. There have been attacks targeting them earlier also. They had faced brutality from the Taliban and ISIS in the past.
Meantime, Taliban Interior Ministry spokesman Abdul Nafy Takor condemned the attack. Security teams are in the spot. Takor responded that this attack proves the enemy’s inhuman cruelty and lack of moral standards targeting the public.
