KYIV: Following Moscow's accusations that Ukraine destroyed the bridge connecting Crimea with Russia, a series of massive explosions occurred in Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine. Russian President Vladimir Putin has accused the bridge explosion as an act of terrorism by Ukraine. Government representatives revealed that Russia had launched 75 missile attacks in Kyiv on Monday morning.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky informed through social media that the country was dealing with terrorists and had launched dozens of missile attacks. He said that their target is the energy facilities and the people of the country and requested that the people not to leave the shelters. He accused Russia of wanting to wipe Ukraine from the face of the Earth. Ukrainian media reports that several people were killed in the missile strikes. This is the first Russian attack on the Ukrainian capital after three months. The last attack took place on June 26.

17 people were killed in a Russian missile attack on Zaporizhzhia, one of the main cities in Ukraine. 89 people were injured which included 10 children. 20 houses and 50 apartments were destroyed. 19 people were killed in a Russian attack in the area Last Thursday.
