The case will be taken up on 28th of this month during the sitting of the Commission at the Kozhikode Collectorate.

Meanwhile, the victims, Harsheena has come out against the Medical College Superintend for making light of her complaint. She said that it was after her operation at the Kozhikode Medical College that she developed health issues and went for checkup. She said she lived for five years with the scissors in her stomach.

Harsheena said that the hospital is not ready to accept its fault. In such a situation, she does not have faith in an investigation conducted by the hospital. She demanded that a high level group from outside the Medical College must conduct the investigation and give her justice.
