PALAKKAD: Director Ramasimhan Aboobakker has extended support to Sandeep Warrier who was removed as BJP state spokesperson. The director expressed his support through a Facebook post which says, 'Sandeep Warrier I will be with you'.

The director also posted another note on Facebook saying, 'You can oust, but we are still inside. You will have to go out soon, let time decide'. Sandeep Warrier was removed from the post of BJP state spokesperson yesterday. Based on the complaints received by the leadership, action was taken in the BJP core committee meeting held in Kottayam. The district committees of Palakkad, Thrissur, Malappuram and Kozhikode had earlier come forward with the allegation that Sandeep Warrier had conducted extensive fund collection using party influence.

BJP state president K Surendran had responded that Sandeep Warrier's performance as the state spokesperson was unsatisfactory and the reasons could not be shared as it is an internal matter.
