KOTTAYAM: A shocking incident of human sacrifice has been reported in Kerala. As per initial reports, two women in Ernakulam district were sacrificed for a couple in Thiruvalla. The agent from Perumbavoor and the couple were taken into custody by the police.

The women who were killed were natives of Kalady and Kadavanthra. The police had received a complaint that both were missing. The police received the information about human sacrifice during the subsequent investigation.

The human sacrifice was done for financial prosperity. Both women were beheaded and then cut into pieces and were later buried. A team including RDO reached Thiruvalla to recover the bodies.
