PATHANAMTHITTA: Ernakulam city police commissioner C H Nagaraju said Muhammed Shafi, the first accused in the human sacrifice case in Elanthoor, is a pervert. The commissioner clarified that he has the mentality of finding sexual pleasure by injuring the private parts of women he is victimizing. He will do anything to attain his goal.

Nagaraju said 10 small and big cases have been registered against Shafi. He left home at the age of 16. He did many jobs in each district. Jobs done were hotel management, lottery selling, repairing vehicles and also a driver. He did these jobs by staying in different places. He was presently living in Gandhinagar, Ernakulam. Shafi has studied only upto the sixth standard. He is a psychopath. The commissioner said that he is a person who finds pleasure in cruelty.

The investigation reached Pathanamthitta through scientific investigation. Shafi knows Bhagwal Singh since 2019. Bhagaval and Laila obeyed everything he said. The couple has no criminal background. The accused have confessed to the crime, but they don’t feel guilty. Will investigate whether more people are involved in the case. It is reported that the accused ate parts of body after killing the victims. He stated that evidence is being collected in this regard.
