PATHANAMTHITTA: The probe team investigating the human sacrifice case is carrying out a scientific examination to find out whether more murders have taken place in the house of accused Bhagwal Singh. The police are conducting a dummy test to find out how the murders and human sacrifices were carried out. A dummy has been brought to Bhagwal Singh's house for this. The police have also brought accused Muhammed Shafi, Bhagwal Singh and Laila for the dummy test. Shafi was taken inside the room for the dummy test. After this, the police will collect evidence by taking Laila for the dummy test.
The probe team is also continuing its inspection on the premises of the house using sniffer dogs. They have found a bone fragment from the eastern side of Bhagwal Singh's house. It is not clear if the bone belongs to a human. A forensic team will examine it.
The bone fragment was found near the spot where Rosly's body was found. The police are carrying out the inspection using specially trained sniffer dogs Maya and Murphy. The probe team suspects that there are more victims in the human sacrifice. They are also inspecting the spot near the tree where the sniffer dog stopped earlier today.
Turmeric has been planted in many parts of the house in an unusual way. The police suspect that the accused might have buried the body parts in these places. The probe has reportedly obtained some crucial information while questioning the accused. A forensic examination is also taking place inside Bhagwal Singh's house.
