KOZHIKODE: BJP state president K Surendran has said that Kerala has not benefited from Chief Minister's foreign trip and it has only caused loss to the exchequer. While speaking to the media at Perambra, Kozhikode, he said that Kerala did not receive even a single new investment due to this foreign trip. Lok Kerala Sabha also had no benefit on the foreign trip. “Chief Minister is not unable to explain to the people what he has gained by this trip,” said Surendran.

“He went abroad only for an excursion. Chief Minister should clarify why he went to the Gulf countries which was not part of the official foreign tour. Kerala is ruled by a government that forces investors to commit suicide instead of welcoming them,” stated BJP state president.

“If what Governor said is wrong, then why did MB Rajesh delete the Facebook post?” he asked as response to a journalist’s question. “The governor has alleged corruption and nepotism. Instead of insulting the governor, the government should stop corruption and appointment of relatives,” opined Surendran.
