THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Additional District Sessions Court (Seven) will pronounce its verdict today on the anticipatory bail plea of MLA Eldos Kunnapilly, who is absconding in the case of molesting a woman. The police will move to arrest the MLA as soon as possible if the court denies bail to the MLA. The probe team will also issue a lookout notice against him. Legal experts are of the opinion that with the addition of sections, including an attempt to murder, the court is unlikely to grant anticipatory bail to Eldhose. The police also do not rule out the possibility of Eldhose surrendering before the investigation team or in court if the court issues a verdict against him.

The probe team, which has collected the information, including the bank account of Eldhose, may take steps to freeze it with the permission of the court if necessary. It may also add the names of those who facilitated the MLA's absconding as accused in the case. The probe team may conduct evidence collection in Ernakulam today.

Meanwhile, the complainant approached the court demanding that the court should hear her side before passing judgment on Kunnappilly's bail plea.
