THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A complaint has been filed that a youth was forced to act in an adult film by promising the role of a hero in a web series on an OTT platform. 26-year-old Venganoor native has filed a complaint against the OTT platform and the female director to the Chief Minister and the Thiruvananthapuram City Police Commissioner, demanding to stop the release of the film. In the complaint, the youth states that the film will be released on Diwali and if it is released, he won’t be able to stay at his house or city and is on the verge of suicide.

The film by a female director, will be released in five languages ​​including Malayalam. When the announcement of the film came out in Telegram, his family ousted him. He also stated that he is now living in a friend's single-room flat in Kochi. The youth applied to this OTT platform thinking that he will be cast as the hero in the OTT series. The shoot was at a resort in Aruvikkara. The agreement had already been signed. The youth realized later that it was an adults-only platform and that he was the hero of an obscene film. When he tried to leave, they asked him Rs 5 lakh compensation. So, he was forced to act in the film with tear-filled eyes.
