THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The cabinet convened here Wednesday decided to appoint Dr M R Baiju as the new chairman of Public Service Commission (PSC). The new chairman was decided as the present chairman M K Zakir's term ends on October 30. Baiju became a member of PSC in 2017. He is a native of Peroorkada in Thiruvananthapuram.
