THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan will reply to Governor Arif Mohammed Khan’s letter, said Finance Minister K N Balagopal. ‘I am not the one who should reply to Governor’s letter sent to the chief minister. I’ve not seen the letter and it is between the governor and the chief minister. Not going into the merits of governor’s letter and respond. I have told everything openly,’ the minister said.
The Governor sent a letter to the chief minister pointing that he has lost pleasure in the finance minister. The Governor in his letter had demanded the dismissal of the finance minister. Balagopal's speech against the Governor is the reason for the action. Meantime, the chief minister in his reply said the minister’s speech did not demean the governor and that there is no need to withdraw the pleasure and no further action should be taken.
