KOCHI: The Ernakulam Kuruppampady police have registered a case against the woman, who lodged a complaint against Eldhose Kunnappillil MLA. The case was registered on the complaint of his wife for stealing his phone. The police registered his wife’s statement on the complaint.

Meantime, Eldhose will be taken to the complainant’s house for collecting evidence. Evidence was collected from places including Kovalam Guest House. He will be taken to Perumbavoor to collect evidence in the coming days. Though he is cooperating in the investigation, he is not giving a clear reply to the questions. He is denying the allegations levelled in the woman’s complaint.
