KOCHI: The court stopped the arrest of Eldhore Kunnappillil MLA in the case of attacking the complainant. His arrest was stopped till the final order comes on his anticipatory bail. The order of the additional sessions court was in the case registered by the Vanchiyoor police.

Meantime, the Ernakulam Kuruppampadi police registered a case against the complainant who lodged a complaint against the MLA. The case was registered on the complaint of the MLA’s wife. The complaint said the woman stole the MLA’s phone. The police registered the MLA’s wife’s statement following her complaint.
