PATHANAMTHITTA: The students of Kozhencherry St Thomas College in Ranni lodged a complaint against moral policing. The students were attacked the other day.

The students consisting of three boys and two girls were sitting at Vazhakunnam Bridge. Their two-wheelers were also parked aside. A group consisting of women passed that way in a car. When they stared harshly at them, the students showed signs of ‘what’. This provoked them, they came back and a woman from that group got out of the car and engaged in a dispute with the students.

Amidst the dispute, the woman summoned her relative via phone and attacked the student. The complaint lodged at the Aranmula police said there was an attempt to push one of the students from the bridge. The locals nearby seeing the dispute dispersed both the groups.
