PERINTHALMANNA: Akshay (19), son of State Food Safety Commission member and CPM Malappuram district secretariat member V Rameshan, and Shreyas (21), son of Bindu of Kavungal house in Perinthalmanna, died after their scooter went out of control on and fell downhill. Valluran Niyaz (19), a native of Perinthalmanna, was admitted to a private hospital in Perinthalmanna with injuries. The accident happened at 3 pm yesterday. Akshay was preparing for LLB entrance training. Mother- Bindu. Brother- Abhay.

Shreyas passed Civil Engineering from Malappuram Polytechnic. His father is the late Manikandan of Muttungal Kavungal house. Siblings: Sisira and Swadish. Both are members of SFI Perinthalmanna Area Committee. Dead bodies are kept at Perinthalmanna District Hospital Mortuary.
