THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Greeshma, accused in the Sharon murder case, attempted suicide on Monday. She tried to kill herself at Nedumangad police station this morning. She drank the lotion Lizol kept in the toilet. She has been admitted at the medical college following uneasiness.

She was brought to Nedumangad police station Monday morning at 1.15 am. She was taken to the hospital following vomiting. The information regarding her health has not been divulged.

Her arrest is likely to be recorded today. The police are grilling her parents, uncle and a woman, who is her relative. The investigating team is examining whether anyone had helped her in the murder. She had told police that she committed the murder in order to avoid him before her marriage.
