THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: One more case has been registered against Greeshma, accused in the Sharon murder case in Parassala. The Nedumangad police registered a new case against her for suicide attempt. She had tried to commit suicide by drinking Lizol kept in the bathroom of the police station yesterday morning.

Greeshma was shifted to the medical college after she started vomiting. The crime branch team reached the hospital and registered the arrest after her condition improved. It is reported that her health condition will be checked and then will shift her to the hospital cell or jail.

Two women cops were suspended over alleged lapse in ensuring her protection. Gayathri and Suma of Nedumangad station are the two suspended. Four women cops were assigned for her security.

When she said that she wants to go the bathroom, the cops took her to the one outside instead of taking her to the specific bathroom allocated. It was not examined before she entered it. She was also allowed to lock the bathroom from inside.
